1. When these terms apply
These terms apply to your use of the Teklimand website, mobile app, APIs, listings and AI-assisted features. You must accept the current version before using a signed-in account. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain in force.
2. Personal-use license
We give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use Teklimand for your own personal, non-commercial needs. Businesses, agents, consultants, data brokers and other commercial users need a separate written agreement from Teklimand before using the service or its data professionally.
3. Use of the service and data
Without our written permission, you may not scrape, bulk-download, resell, republish or systematically copy listings, demand data, matches, taxonomy or other service data; use them to train or build a competing or substantially similar service; bypass access controls; or reverse engineer the app, website, APIs or AI workflows, except where applicable law expressly permits it. Ordinary personal viewing and sharing a single listing with someone involved in your own request are allowed.
4. Your account and conduct
Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. Do not impersonate others, submit unlawful or misleading requests, upload material you lack rights to use, spam users, or interfere with the service. You are responsible for activity under your account, subject to applicable law.
5. Your requests and uploads
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant Teklimand a limited license to store, process, structure and use it to operate your request, provide AI-assisted clarification and matching, and show or share it only as permitted by your visibility choices and service settings. Do not include sensitive personal details unless necessary. Private files and notes are not made public merely because a request exists.
6. AI-generated information
AI may ask questions, infer attributes, organize categories and suggest matches or transaction checks. Its output can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Review and correct it before relying on it. It is not legal, financial, medical, engineering or other professional advice, and it does not replace independent expert review.
7. Listings and transactions
Teklimand helps people describe needs and offers and find possible matches. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Teklimand is not the buyer, seller, broker or contracting party. We do not guarantee a listing, person, price, availability, ownership, quality, legality or successful transaction. Sponsored placements are identified as such.
8. Independent checks
Before contacting, paying or contracting with anyone, independently verify identity, authority, ownership, condition, documents, local rules and payment arrangements. Do not send funds or personal documents solely because of an AI suggestion or listing. Report suspected fraud or abuse to us.
9. Personal data
We use account and request information to provide the service and its matching features. Data handling remains subject to applicable privacy law and the privacy information presented for the relevant feature; accepting these terms is not consent to unrelated optional data uses. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information.
10. Changes and ending use
We may update the service and these terms. When a new agreement version requires acceptance, we will ask you to review it before further signed-in use. You may stop using the service and sign out at any time. We may restrict misuse, subject to applicable law and your rights.
11. Availability and legal rights
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free AI output. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer protections or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
